Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 7 Days or More Before Check-in
Guests who cancel their booking 7 days or more before the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a 100% refund of the booking amount, excluding any payment gateway or transaction charges (if applicable).
Cancellation Between 3 and 6 Days Before Check-in
Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before the check-in date are eligible for a 50% refund of the booking amount.
Cancellation Within 72 Hours of Check-in
Bookings cancelled within 72 hours (3 days) of the check-in date are non-refundable.
No Show
If the guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a No Show, and no refund will be provided.
Date Change / Rescheduling
Date changes are subject to campsite availability.
Requests must be made at least 72 hours before the check-in date.
Only one rescheduling request may be allowed for a booking.
Additional charges may apply if the revised booking falls on weekends, public holidays, or peak season.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Refunds are generally completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Payment gateway or convenience charges, if any, are non-refundable.
Cancellation by Pawnalakecamp.in
In rare situations such as:
Extreme weather conditions
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Safety concerns
Unavoidable operational reasons
Pawnalakecamp.in reserves the right to cancel or postpone bookings.
In such cases, guests will be offered either:
A full refund, or
The option to reschedule their booking to a future available date.
Early Departure
If a guest decides to leave the campsite before the scheduled check-out time, no refund will be provided for the unused portion of the stay.
Booking Transfers
Bookings are generally non-transferable. However, requests to transfer a booking to another person may be considered with prior approval and valid identification.
